Booking requests
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking. A flight is arranged only after direct confirmation of availability, passenger details, weather and meeting time.
Weather and pilot decisions
All flights depend on suitable conditions. The pilot may change the launch, duration, route or timing, or cancel the flight. The pilot’s safety decision is final.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate age, weight and relevant health information, wear suitable clothing and follow instructions. Minimum age is 15 and maximum passenger weight is 130 kg.
Prices and media
Package prices and estimated airtime are shown in GEL and may be edited before launch. Photo/video is not included unless the optional add-on is selected and confirmed. No online payment is taken here.
Cancellations
Weather-related changes are coordinated directly. Package-specific cancellation information appears on each flight page and final arrangements are confirmed personally.
